A Level 3 OFQUAL qualification with a certificate issued by the awarding body QualSafe.
This course meets the Health and Safety Executive's requirement to have one or more trained first aiders at your premises. While it is a legal requirement to have first aiders, it is a key skill for everyone to know how to save someone else's life in an emergency.
This course is specifically designed for those who wish to work as a first aider in their workplace. Candidates will look at the responsibilities of the first aider, workplace injuries and illnesses, as well as key life-saving skills required in an emergency.

This course covers the Health and Safety Executive’s requirements for one or more first aiders in the workplace and the Forestry Commissions First Aid policy requirements.
The two-day extended course provides learners with comprehensive skills to deal with common first aid injuries working in the outdoor environment. This includes all elements of the First Aid at Work course and catastrophic bleeds, extremes of temperature and Lyme disease.
The course is delivered through interactive e-learning and 2-days of face-to-face practical training.

This course is delivered via e-learning and 1-day face-to-face. The course is for those who work with children and infants, especially teachers, childminders and anyone responsible for children's welfare. This course satisfies the criteria for first aid as laid down by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted/ESTYN.
The course includes basic child and infant life support, minor wounds, fractures and medical conditions such as infantile convulsions, asthma and meningitis.
